After submitting your electronic reservation form or electronic payment form for other services, you will be provided with the option to make payment via our website as well as given the payment options listed below.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners Club and American Express by fax or through our website. Please note that a 5% sales tax is applied to all American Express or Diners Club Card payments.
Your credit card information is strictly confidential. All of your personal information is stored in our off-line database and is only accessed for the purposes of future online reservations.

Please note: Hotel reservations are pending confirmation by Best Hotels Russia. Most hotels are reserved immediately after payment, in the rare case that they are not available, Best Hotels Russia will suggest alternative accommodations or give a full refund on request.
