I loved this hotel. It is quaint and the staff goes above and beyond to help the guests. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

I liked this hotel very much. It is very clean, the service is superb and the location is fantastic. It is very centrally located but it is very quiet since the rooms look at the yard. This is my fiifth visit to the city and the reviewed hotel is much better than those I stayed before.
Once more, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Summing up, this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in (and I travel a lot), and it is quite reasonably price.
Didn´t like:
The stairs (about 18) are rather steep for elderly persons, and the yard (which is to be crossed before entering the hotel) should be cleaner. That said, the place looks totally safe.

Great location, next to winter palace.
It is an apartment converted to guest house. So good for people to feel at home , comfortable, go in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of tea etc.

We loved this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us and even spoke english. A definate plus since our russian is terrible.

Good room, fine beds and perfect service. The best placed hotel for a visit to St Petersburg. You can do the interesting sites walking. We loved the perfect taxi service from Bets Hotels Russia. This hotel is value for money!

The hotel is not airconditioned. The windows can be opened, but the constant smell of fried onions from the restaurant below is not nice!

The location is the best you could want, a walking distance to all major sites. The rooms are brand new and nice. Not extremely large, but nice and a very good bed. The staff was very helpful though had a very limited knowledge of English.
Didn´t like:
No English speaking channels on the tv.
The breakfast could have been better.
