Quiet, clean, helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Major strongpoint - very centrally located!
Didn´t like:
Coffee at breakfast not terribly good. Breakfasts interesting but for Canadian tastes not quite up to par.

Good spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower. Also great location and nice and quiet facing into internal courtyard. Only thing we didn't,t like was the reek of smoke in the hallway.

Location was fantastic! just 5 minutes of walking from Newsky prospect and 10 minutes from subway station,
very nice and fluently speaking English staff
Didn´t like:
since it was very hot in St.Petersburg that time, air-conditioning and fridge would be useful

It is an excellent hotel for the money. The location is great and they include a wonderful breakfast. They have paid a lot of attention to detail, especially in the bathroom.
Didn´t like:
It is a little difficult to find the entrance. It is in the inner courtyard, through the archway, but one wouldn´t know that from the signs which are placed tin three places on the street.
