As you exit the Pulkovo-2 terminal you will see a bus stop near the Arrival hall. You can either take bus N13 or one of the minibuses: N3, N13, or N113. They all go to Moskovskaya metro station. Take the metro to Vladimirskaya - Dostoevskaya stop. Use the Dostoevskaya exit and go up. You will face the Cathedral. Take a right turn onto Zagorodny prospect. Move along it for 1 minute until you find building # 9. The entrance is from Zagorodny prospect. Just follow the address and you will see the signboard.
