As you exit the Pulkovo-2 terminal you will see a bus stop near the Arrival hall. You can either take bus N13 or one of the minibuses: N3, N13, or N113. They all go to Moskovskaya metro station. Take the metro to Nevsky Prospekt-Gostiny Dvor stop. Use the Kanal Griboedova exit and go up onto Nevsky Prospekt. Move right along Nevsky prospekt. Cross the small bridge and walk further until the second crossroads. It will be Bolshaya Konushennaya street, take a right turn, walk along the street until you find building #12 on your right. The entrance is from the street. The hotel has a signboard.
