Helpful staff when they understood the problem of lost lugage and that we wanted it delivered before we left Russia. It was at the airport but no one had time to deliver it was the stated reason for the delay.
Didn´t like:
Air conditioning didn´t cool the room adequately. Note there was a heat wave at the time we stayed in the hotel. The location could have been better.
