Astrus is a 33-storey hotel with more than 500 rooms. Formerly it has been known as Central Tourist House Hotel. It is located in the very quiet area in the south of Moscow pretty close to the metro station. However, there are lots of entertainment places around, so you will not get bored. The hotel rooms have been completely renovated in 2008, now they are up to date, bright, clean, and comfortable. Most of the rooms have fascinating view.

From airport Sheremetjevo I and II take bus No.851 to Rechnoy Vokzal metro station. Take the metro to Teatralnaya metro station, then change onto the red line so that you are on Okhotny Ryad metro station. Take 9 stations to Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station. As you leave the metro you will find yourself on Leninsky prospect. Walk along the prospect in the direction opposite of the city centre, and you will see a road on your lefthand side going up a small hill. Walk along this road until you see the tall building of the hotel.
To avoid having problems when you arrive or being overcharged by unknown drivers, we highly suggest using our airport and train station transfer service. Russian airport and station taxis are unregulated and the drivers ask for rates as high as $60 or more to take newly arrived guests to the city center.
