Garderobe Boutique:
On November 10th 2005 the Premier Palace Hotel opened an exclusive boutique called Garderobe offering fashionable clothing for sale.
Lobby Bar:
The bar features a full à la Carte dining choice as well as special Sushi menu a full compliment of non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages and cigars.
Sapphire Bar:
Located on the 1st floor the Sapphire Bar is a quiet place where you can relax. The menu offered throughout the day incorporates an assortment of original salads, crisp sandwiches and fresh pastries.

There are 3 conference halls in the hotel: Mykhailivsky Room, Volodymyrsky Room, or the magnificent Sofiyivsky Grand Hall. The first two meeting rooms can seat 30-40 guests. All the meeting rooms are equipped with screens and guests have the choice of several seating configurations. The Sofiyivsky Grand Hall deserves a separate description not only because it has no equals in Ukraine, but mainly because this multi-functional premises is an entire complex which can accommodate up to 450 guests for cocktail or buffet.
