Safar restaurant:
The Safar restaurant has both European and Tartar cuisine including such interesting dishes as: tokmach (noodle-soup), soup-shulpa, zur-belish, tutirma, achpochmak, permyachi, bekken, kaimak. Guests have a large choice of Tartar sweets to choose from: chak-chak, pakhleve, tolkush-kaleve, chelpek, baursak and, of course, tea with honey and fruit pastila. A brilliant choice of drinks and wine matches each dish.
