A very comfortable and light studio apartment, located just in 1 minute walk from Vladimirsky metro station, in a couple of minutes away from a trade centre and a market place. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The courtyard is secured by a metal gate that can be operated by a remote control unit. There is a parking place in the yard. The entrance to the building is also very secure: it has a metal door and an intercom. Having been recently renovated, the studio comes with new furniture and all the necessary household equipment to turn your stay into pleasure: a gas stove, a two-compartment refrigerator, a microwave, an electric tea kettle, a TV set, a telephone, a vacuum cleaner and a hair-dryer. The bedroom features a double bed and a pull-out double sofa. The windows are soundproof and have mosquito nets on. An ideal place for you to stay at! |

This area was formerly the haunt of the Russian writer Dostoevsky. His novel Crime and Punishment took place very near the place where you are staying. Walk the twisted, narrow streets of this region to get a feel of the St. Petersburg of the 19th century. You can also enjoy many of the other attractions that this area has to offer such as Nikolsky Cathedral, the Marinsky Theater the embankment of Canal Griboyedovna, or the rivers Moika or Fontanka. St. Isaacs Cathedral is also not far as is Russia´s main synagogue. This is a truly interesting and unique area of the city.

Arriving in Russia
To avoid having problems when you arrive or being overcharged by unknown drivers, we highly suggest using our airport and train station transfer service. Russian airport and station taxis are unregulated and the drivers ask for rates as high as 50 EURO or more to take newly arrived guests to the city center.
