A one bedroom apartment on Serafimovicha Street. The apartment is within walking distance of the following metro stations: Borovitskaya, Biblioteka Lenina, Arbatskaya, Polyanka, Tretiakovskaya. It is a 15 minute walk to the Red Square, and across the river from the Kremlin, and only a 10 minute walk to the famous Church of the Christ The Savior (recently resurrected by Mayor Luzhkov). It is the most famous building in Moscow, which has its own name: "Dom na Naberezhnoi" (House at the Embankment). The building has its own museum dedicated to the famous people who lived there, among whom are most of the major Soviet politicians, scientists, military officials et.c. Inside the building are the 24 hour "7th Continent Supermarket", the restaurant "Rice and Fish", a casino,and theater. You are also only a ten minute walk from a large variety of Russian and European cuisine cafes and restaurants. Condition: Light color painted walls, wooden parquet floors, tiled bathroom and toilet. Good mix of modern and Soviet style furniture, modern kitchen set, corner bathtub. Appliances: fridge, washing machine, electric stove, electric kettle, microwave; The total size is 60 sq. m. living room: 16 sq. m. bedroom: 15, kitchen with round dining table: 12 sq. m. Good size corridor. There is an intercom and magnetic key to get in, well lit entrance, and a modern exterior.
The apartment comes with cable TV with CNN, BBC, TV5, Eurosport etc. in the original languages. |
