Absolutely new, recently renovated and highly upgraded one room apartment. Nice windows that look out onto the St.Sofia Cathedral. Beautifully designed Safari style spacious living room that is comfortably furnished with a big "safari" sofa that can be unfolded into a twin bed, a king-size bed with bedside-tables, black safari table from Ikea, black rack from Ikea, big TV with cable TV/satellite English /German channels, DVD, radiotelephone (free calls inside Kiev), and a dial-up internet connection. CD music center and cofee-machine available upon request for extra payment.
Fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, gas plate, kitchen and dining accessories and dinner sets. Should you decide to entertain guests, there is a four person round dining room table in the kitchen that will make you a great host!
The spacious modern bathroom has a classical bath-tub with an integrated shower, wash-basin with a mirror and toilet. There is a Hair-drier as well. An independent water heater is available. Total area: 55 square meters. High ceilings. Ideal for two to four people. Apartment located at the 1.5 floor. Coded lock street entrance. |
