A contemporary, spacious and excellently designed 3-room apartment remodeled according to European standards will serve a great place for your rest and work. Entering the apartment you will find yourself in a spacious hall where you can see a roomy on-floor cabinet with a mirror and pull-out cabinet legs.
The biggest room in the apartment is a model of comfort and functionality: kitchen and dining room are connected with the living room to form a studio. The interior is light-colored and thanks to a good arrangement of windows it is always bright.
The kitchen will be to any housewife´s liking. It has all necessary utensils and cooking battery: mounted and on-floor cupboards, sink, built-in stove, large refrigerator with freezing room, electric kettle, and microwave oven. Besides, for your convenience there´s a small table with chairs in the kitchen area. The dining room has a Spanish-style suite of furniture, which includes sideboard, chest of drawers for plates and dishes with a mirror, and a large dinner table for 6 people. The loggia is accessible from the dining room.
The living room area has a suite of soft furniture (a sofa and two armchairs) and a coffee-table with peculiar legs. A skillfully-made fireplace imitation gives a special fascination to the living room.
The room is artificially lighted with beautiful and harmoniously selected brackets. The windows are decorated with splendid blinds. The interior is completed with wall-carpets, paintings, and pictures.
À cozy bedroom is light-colored as well. It has a large double bed, bedside-tables, wardrobe with a mirror, and pier-glass. The windows face a park for children.
The second room is the living room. It is small and decorated in a "Modern” style. Here you can find a folding sofa, à bookcase and a wardrobe.
There is a combination bathroom with soft-color tiled floor and walls. The bathtub is like jacuzzi with built-in hydromassage. A washing machine is also installed.
Thanks to the functionality and modern design the apartment is home-like cozy and, at the same time, is different from other apartments. There is a beautiful park nearby where you can go for a walk or to have a little rest.
