Apartment features – If you are longing for a cosy, pleasant and very secure place, this apartment is just for you. The building in which the apartment is has a 24-hour alarm system that ensures security – you may be assured that during your stay in the apartment you will enjoy peace and quiet.
This 2-room apartment features a bedroom and a living room adjacent to a kitchen, which is very convenient because everything is at hand. The apartment is decorated in a unique style. There is a pull-out sofa, a TV set and high speed internet in the living-room. The bedroom is beyond any expectations: from a soft and convenient bed to a spacious wardrobe. The toilet and bathroom are joined together. Your apartment is located in the well-known area of Moscow – Tz B visited by many tourists. As you will notice, this street is full of different restaurants, shops, cafes and other attractions. But the main sight of Tzvetnoy Boulevard is, of course, the Nikouline’s Circus. By the circus enterance, there is bronze statue of the most famous Russian clown and actor Uriy Nikouline.
Both sides of the street are full of different restaurants: such as CanaLetto, Jumangi, Pizza Hut, Bul’varniy Roman, and several coffee-shops. This area is situated in the center of Moscow to the north of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance from Tzvetnoy Boulevard. On your way to the Kremlin you will see many ancient monuments, theatres, cinemas and other cultural places.

| Surroundings – This apartment is located in the very centre of Moscow. The nearest metro station is Tsvetnoy Boulevard. It will take you just 5 minutes to go from your metro station to such landmarks and famous sites as Red Square, Tverskaya Street and Pushkin Square. Being in the heart of the city means that here you will have numerous restaurants, cafés and bars to choose from, as well as business offices, places of interest and shops. To become utterly absorbed by this non-stop flow of life you should go out to Sadovaya-Samotechnaya Street. This is one of the busiest streets of Moscow. Settebello is a restaurant worth being visited. De Ville and Hurma cafés are also highly recommended.
Additional information – The name of your metro station appears in the advertisement of the world-known circus of Moscow: the Circus on Tzvetnoy Boulevard. This is one of the oldest circuses in Russia and it is associated with such prominent performers as Anatoly and Vladimir Durovy, Vitaly Lazarenko and Vilyams Truzzi.
