This is an excellent, well designed apartment located in the heart of Moscow. The apartment has everything necessary for every day life in Moscow. The flat has a living room and bedroom. The living-room is spacious and large. The room has a piano and is great for people who are fond of music and art. The apartment is also full of plants which create a good atmosphere and fresh air. The bedroom is also large. It is designed in pastel and pale shades, mostly pink. The room has a large wardrobe, queen-size bed, and gracious little pictures to emphasize the calm atmosphere. The kitchen is very large. It contains an electric tea kettle, refrigerator, cooking utensils and for coffee lovers there’s a special coffee-machine. The bathroom contains a washing machine, fan, and boiler system. |

The area your apartment is situated in is full of places for the lovers of art and entertainment. So you can visit Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Theatre Satire, Theatre Mossovet, and the Museum of Revolution. The area is only two stops on the metro from the Kremlin and is also in close walking distance. The Moscow Zoo is a little more than 10 minutes walk. The location has great dining options including the Italian Pizza Café Felichita which is located down Sadovaya Street close to the metro station as well as many other places.

| Although the apartment is situated in the center of Moscow its region is very quiet, calm, and cozy. This safe and comfortable location brings to you only relax and rest. Walking down Tverskaya Street, which is 2 minutes walk from your apartment, towards the Kremlin, you will come across many interesting places. One of them is Okhotny Ryad, a three floor underground mall, filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also places of interest for those who are into history. Not only Yeliseyev’s with its captivating history can be found on Tverskaya, but also the Governor’s Palace, the Museum of the Revolution, various monuments, and splendid mansions. Furthermore, the side street on which this apartment I located, Bolshoi Gneznikovsky Lane, or Bird’s Nest Lane, has an intriguing history of its own. It is thought that in ancient times this street was the site of a forest, and multitude of birds made their nests in the trees, which explains the street’s poetic name. Although, there is no serene forest there anymore, the area has kept its placefulness. |
Arriving in Russia
