The building is located in the downtown area of Moscow, not far from the Church of Christ The Savior. The area has many embassies and it is well controlled by police. There are many stores, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within walking distance (Prechistenka and Osozhenka St.). The apartment is close to the Pushkin Art Museum, Rerikh Museum, and Old Arbat Street. This is a great place to explore the history of the city. Metro station Smolenskaya is only seven minutes away by foot, Kropotkinskaya - 10-15 minutes walk. The building is easily accessible from the Garden Ring, Boulevard´s Ring, and from Komsomolsky Prospect.
Condition: The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a 9-storey brick building. The entrance is clean and well-kept with a new elevator,and intercom system installed. The apartment windows face a clean courtyard that offers parking. The total size is 40 square meters. The room is 20 sq. m. kitchen - 10, and there is a balcony of 8 sq. m. The apartment is newly renovated. The walls are painted in pastel colors. The floors are covered with parquet. The apartment is nicely furnished. |
