The place has a great deal of stores, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Sovremennik Theater, one of the most popular in Moscow, is on Chistoprudny Boulevard. Metro Station Chistie Prudy is only a five minute walk. The building is easily accessible from the Boulevard Ring.
