Absolutely new and super progressive one room apartment, just after renovation. Cozy home style with all eko (natural wood) furniture. The apartment consists of one room (around 25 sq.m.), large kitchen, connected with hall, comfortable bathroom with modern shower cubicle, washing machine. There is a king-size bed from natural wood, wardrobe with mirror in the room.
The spacious living-room has also modern leather sofa which can be transformed into enother double sleeping place, natural wood dining table for 4 persons, TV-set with SAT TV, DVD, stereo system, music center, air-conditioner, telephone, high speed internet connection.
The fully-equipped kitchen consists of a large refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, cofee-maker, all kitchen utensils needed for cooking. There are bar with 2 bar chairs at the kitchen, ideal for breakfast.

Surrounded by a quiet green zone the apartment is within few minutes walking distance from the commercial and entertainment center as well as historical and architectural sites. Quiet place.

| The apartment is located in the very heart of Kiev, Malaya Zhitomirskaya street. It will be ideal place for the tourists as it is located near the central Independence sq., in a three minutes for a walk. Near to apartment there are Mikhaylovskiy and Sofievskiy cathedrals. You will live in a modern apartment and at the same time you can imaging yourself in a historic place at the beginning of 20 century. It is a historic building with the unique wood front staircase which was conserved to the present time. Yard entrance to the building. Coded lock porch entrance.
This historical building located only few steps from the Mc`Donalds, shopping center Globus, central subway station Maydan Nezalezhnosti, Kreschatik street, banks, ATM, shops.
