Although the apartment is a little rough around the edges and needs some updating, it is very comfortable and its great location makes up for any of its faults. The apartment is situated in a historic part of Moscow dotted with many landmarks. The view of the Theater of Soviet Army from the windows of the apartment is just marvelous.
The apartment comprises two rooms. The living room is spacious and cosy, with a large wardrobe, a pull-out sofa, comfortable arm-chairs, a modern television set and an excellent satellite system. The bedroom comes up with a double bed, a mirror and a loggia. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and everything there is at hand and set to your convenience: an electric kettle, an electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Surroundings – Although the centre of any big city like Moscow is usually characterized by constant noise and overcrowded streets, the apartment has soundproof windows to prevent you from being disturbed. During your stay you can explore the nearby attractions and visit the main highlights of Moscow, which are also not far from your apartment. It is barely five minutes to the nearest metro station, if you take a walk right down Seleznevskaya Street. |

This area is situated directly in the city center and at the same time is a very quiet district of Moscow. Our apartments here are located very close to the Garden Ring and within walking distance from the main shopping street – Tverskaya with its diverse selection of boutiques, stores, restaurants and cafes. The Moscow Concert Hall named after Tschaikovsky and many theatres are situated in the Mayakovskaya area which is also in this region. The region is also not far from Pushkin square – not only famous for its monument of Russia’s great poet – Alexander Pushkin - but also the most famous meeting point in the city.

| Additional Information – Since the district is very old, there are a lot of sights to visit and to enrich your knowledge of Russian history. There are the Satiricon Theater and the Theater of Soviet Army not far from the apartment. The Trud stadium is recommended for sport fans who wish to support their favorite teams. To take part in the religious life of Moscow you may go the Church of the Icon of Tikhvin’s God’s Mother. As for a stroll in a beautiful place you can find splendid Ekaterininsky Park right behind the Theater of Soviet Army, which affords fine views and which also contains small museums, tennis courts and little ponds where you can go boating. |
