A luxury new 2-bedroom apartment with an amazing view and modern design. Very light, large living room, cozy bedroom and a cabinet which has a fold out sofa; kitchen with all the amenities, very light bathroom.
Living room: Beautiful and stylish furniture: new sofa and arm-chair IKEA, glass table and four chairs. Everything in this apartment is new, fresh and beautifully designed. A large TV with satellite channells and a DVD-player is here for your entertainment. You get a great view from your tiny balcony: the bustling Tverskaya street, City Hall, part of Kremlin and it´s bell towers.
The orange bedroom: a full-size bed, lots of storage and closet space, the wardrobe chest, nightstand tables and a floor lamp.
Cabinet: if you like to combine business with pleasure, this is the place for you. This room is perfect for work on your notebook computer or for reading a book. You´ll find a computer desk and office chair here, bookshelves, a wardrobe chest. There is also a comfortable fold out sofa here, in case you need an additional place to sleep.
Kitchen: Everything you need to make a romantic dinner for two or a feast for a Saturday party here: lots of dishes and cookware, lots of utensils, gas stove, microwave oven, cofee maker, dishwasher.
Bathroom: A lots of lamps make your bathroom very light. There is a washing mashine in the bathroom to do your personal laundry.
This apartment was just recently renovated. If you stay in a City Hall Suite once you will come back there again and again!

This area is right by the main street of Moscow- Tverskaya. As you will notice, this street is constantly bustling with life as its top notch restaurants, brand shops, clubs, cafés and many other attractions literally magnetize people.
Just to mention a few of these places, not far from Pushkin square you will find Café Pushkin and Night Flight. Café Pushkin with its 19-th century atmosphere is the queen mother of Russian and French cuisine. Night Flight, on the other hand, is a modern restaurant/night club that successfully competes with world top rank restaurants and is therefore frequented by the posh upper class of Moscow. Right across the street from Night Flight you can enter a supermarket unlike any other in the world. The shop, or more accurately, the palace stocked with high-quality groceries is called Yeliseyev’s. Possibly not as classy as the places mentioned above, your City Realty office is also situated across the street from Night Flight.

| Everything is right outside of your door: the Metro, the Kremlin, the Government of Moscow, famous theaters, the Main Post Office and Telegraf, Restaurants and night clubs, banks, hotels and all the fashionable stores. This is a Stalin-era building with high ceilings, spacious rooms. Ex-President Boris Eltsin had lived in this apartment building in 1991-1993. Muscovites will be envious! |
Arriving in Russia
To avoid having problems when you arrive or being overcharged by unknown drivers, we highly suggest using our airport and train station transfer service. Russian airport and station taxis are unregulated and the drivers ask for rates as high as 50 EURO or more to take newly arrived guests to the city center.
