Overview
This newly renovated 4-room private bed and breakfast accommodation (mini-hotel) offers a high level of comfort, excellent service and a warm home style atmosphere for a very reasonable price. There are 4 rooms in this B&B. In the mini-hotel there is a spacious light kitchen, which can be also be used as a common room. In the kitchen you can help yourself to coffee or tea anytime you wish to.
Directions
As you exit the Pulkovo-2 terminal you will see a bus stop near the Arrival hall. You can either take bus N13 or one of the minibuses: N3, N13, or N113. They all go to Moskovskaya metro station. Take the metro to Ploshad Vosstania metro station. Use the Ploshad Vosstania exit and go up. You will be on Ligovsky prospect. Cross it and go past Oktyabrskaya hotel, then keep on going until you reach for the second right turn onto the 4th Sovietskaya street. Walk along the 4th Sovietskaya street for a minute, then take a left turn onto Grechesky prospect. The 5th Sovietskaya street is the next street crossing on Grechesky prospect. The 5th Sovietskaya str. 21, apt. 4. The main entrance to the staircase is in the backyard. Always contact us regarding your arrival time, as there is no permanent reception!
Rooms
Standard: Hair dryer, Iron, Satellite TV, Telephone, Toiletries
Each room has quite high ceilings (3,2 m) with moldings, two large windows and wooden floors. In rooms 1 to 3 you will find two single beds (90x200cm) and in room 4 a double-sleeping bed (160x200 cm), bedside tables, a big wardrobe or a built-in closet, a mirror and a table with 2-3 chairs near the window. In rooms 1 and 2 there is a sofa which can be converted into a double bed. There is satellite Tv in rooms 1 and 2. Room 3 comes without a TV and in room 4 you will find a TV with over 10 Russian TV channels.
The guests of the 4 rooms have to share two large bathrooms (two by two in case all four rooms are booked at the same time) bathroom 1 & bathroom 2 have showers. Both bathrooms have heated floors.
