  • Airport pickup
    The driver will wait for free up to 1 hour. If wait is more than 1 hour, for each additional half hour, 6 EURO will be charged.
  • Train Station pickup
    The driver will wait for free up to half an hour. If wait is more than half an hour, for each additional half hour, 6 EURO will be charged.
  • Pick up from Apartment or Hotel
    The driver will wait for free up to 15 minutes. If wait is more than 15 minutes, for each additional half hour, 6 EURO will be charged.  
  • The driver will wait up to 2 hours. If the client does appear within this time frame or does not for any other reasons use the ordered transfer services at the time specified in the order, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be available. Cancellation of transportation must be advised not less than 3 working days before the date of execution.

Please be as detailed and accurate in your information as possible to ensure that the transfer goes smoothly.

A driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall (airport) or at the head of the train (train station) or in the hotel Lobby or right outside your hotel entrance with a sign that has Best Hotels Russia or City Realty written on it. The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes (airport) from the factual arrival time of your plane or 30 minutes (train station) from the factual arrival of your train. If you fail to appear within this time frame, the order will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.

A charge of 12 EURO per each additional hour will be applied if the order lasts longer than 3 hours.
